Dear Club Members,
Thanks to our webmaster, Tom Roberts, for this new tool to share our bicycle ride plans that are away from our home. It is called the Travel Forum and the idea is that anyone who decides to go to another club's bike ride can post that he or she is going, will stay at a certain hotel and intend to ride a set distance. You may set up a time to meet for a pre-ride dinner or schedule a start time and agree to wear a certain club jersey. Other SMBC members can write a response to the forum and soon everyone can know what other club members are going. It can also be used to advertise a proposed club ride that will be held outside our normal ride schedule. Let's give it a try and see how it works.
