Helmet Name Tags

SMBC prides itself on being a safety conscious, friendly bike club. To facilitate these goals, we offer FREE helmet/bike laminated name tags to all members.

The helmet/bike name tags are:

  • Light blue in color.
  • Have the SMBC name and club logo.
  • Your name.
  • City and State.
  • Name and phone number for your ICE( In Case of Emergency) contact.
  • Laminated with two grommets on the top of the name tag for easy mounting.
  • Zip ties are included.

  • Your name (the first name will be slightly larger than the last name).
  • City and state you want listed.
  • First name and phone number for your ICE (In Case of Emergency) contact.
  • Your mailing address
