Call for Board Candidates

Don’t be shy — your voice matters!

If you’ve ever thought, “No one would vote for me” or “I don’t have anything to offer”… think again. That’s simply not true. Whether you’ve been around for years or just joined, your perspective and energy are valuable.

We will have eight open board positions, and we’d love for you to consider stepping up.

What to Expect as a Board Member

Meetings: Every two months on Wednesdays at 6:00 PM (in person or online).
Participation: Everyone contributes in some way — helping with rides, events, or other club activities.

A Few Key Roles

President – Leads meetings, sets agendas, represents the club, and oversees activities.
Vice President – Supports the president and steps in when needed.
Treasurer – Follows approved policies necessary to manage club finances while ensuring accuracy, integrity, and the best interest of the club and its members.
Secretary – Takes minutes, posts them, helps with elections, and manages social media updates.
Membership – Manages membership drives, event tables, and welcomes new members.
Board Members (5) – Attend meetings and may take on specific roles if not filled by volunteers.
